1. Products and Sales Terms.
All products are offered subject to the terms of the particular license agreement included with each product, and all sales are final. We offer fully functional demo versions of all our products which you may use to evaluate their function and suitability for your needs before purchase. Because of this, we do not offer refunds.We cannot adjust pricing for any discounts (including, but not limited to academic discounts) after a purchase has been made. Please make sure you have correctly selected the right store type for your purchase.
2. Delivery and Payment.
Delivery through our online store can take up to 24 hours. It can take even longer if orders are flagged by our fraud checking software.You will receive a serial number through email with which to unlock the software. You can download all of our products through this site. Please note that to place an online order, you must use a credit card. We accept payments in U.S. Dollars, Euros and British Pounds. We accept the following methods of payment :
- Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard and Visa.
- Checks: We accept either company or personal checks. All checks must be in U.S. Dollars or British Pounds. Please contact our sales department for an order form.
- Purchase Orders: We will accept purchase orders with NET 30 terms, which are placed by D&B-rated U.S. businesses, as well as U.S. educational institutions and government agencies (state or federal). All purchase orders must be submitted via postal mail, using the approved form appropriate for your company or organization. We cannot accept purchase orders placed via email or over the phone. Please contact us before submitting your purchase order.
